Since 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation has imposed particularly high requirements on all companies, with maximum fines of up to EUR 20 million or 4% of global annual turnover. We prepare the necessary data protection declarations for homepage, customer contact and employee data protection and show which documents must be kept by companies vis-à-vis the supervisory authorities and support and advise on the preparation of the documents. In the event of data protection breaches, we advise and represent our clients vis-à-vis the competent supervisory authorities and in court.
